Instructions for Team Captains

TEAM CAPTAINs – Please follow these steps involved in team Registration:

– Complete and submit the form for Team Registration. Once payment has been received a spot will be reserved and a confirmation sent. Click HERE to access team registration form. Only on-line submissions are accepted.

– Complete this Team roster electronically (excel format) and submit to the Webmaster on the Contact Us page. Please submit ASAP, even if they are incomplete. They can be updated and re-submitted to the admin with updates. Please download the hyper-linked excel form. NO others are acceptable.

– After the Roster has been submitted, notify the team members that they can complete their Individual Waivers electronically.

– The Webmaster will monitor who has completed their waivers. Waivers should be completed by Aug 24, 2017. Team captains can request updates on the status of the Waiver completion from the Webmaster on the Contact Us page.

– Please make cheques out to “The Fall 400”.  Email money transfers to register@fall400.com is also accepted.
